Leigh Peters

 

Leigh joins us from 2degrees where she’s held several HR leadership roles over the past 10 years, the most recent being Head of Talent, encompassing executive recruitment, talent strategy and leadership, succession planning & talent identification and employer branding. 
Leigh is passionate about people and building strong and authentic relationships.

She’s won national awards for her employment brand and candidate experience work and is committed to providing everyone she deals with a transparent and engaging experience.  Leigh brings strong business experience across technology and FMCG and has a love of doing things differently, which is one of things that attracted her to FrankTKH.

Before joining 2degrees, Leigh spent 8 years in a range of talent and recruitment roles across New Zealand and Australia with Lion. She holds qualifications in Communications & Human Resources from the University of Otago and is an accredited coach.

In her spare time, she loves getting outdoors with her family, is an avid reader and card player, “enjoys” running and pilates and isn’t one to turn down a great meal and glass of wine.
