Our Story

Frank & The Knowledge Hunters was founded in 2016, as a result of a company merger between two long-term friends who shared similar values and a mutual objective to challenge industry norms.

Geoff established The Knowledge Hunters (TKH) in 2003, with the goal of helping executives make informed decisions based on evidence and empirical data. TKH curated complex, hard-to-find information requests for clients spanning most industry sectors using his Forensic Research™ model.

Howard established Frank Executive in 2014, after observing that the executive search industry remained stubbornly embedded in its traditional methods and models. It is this reluctance of the market to embrace the full potential of digital innovation that drives Howard’s thinking and philosophy.

In October 2014, both companies entered an exclusive relationship and partnership, culminating in creating FrankTKH in late 2016.
