Leigh Peters

Leigh has made the move to consulting after a fast-paced corporate career. She brings strong business experience from senior talent leadership roles across FMCG, telecommunications and technology, where she has been responsible for leading executive recruitment, talent strategy, succession planning & talent identification,
employer branding, large-scale talent projects, emerging talent programmes, and leading teams of dedicated talent acquisition professionals.

Before joining FrankTKH, Leigh spent 11 years as Head of Talent for 2degrees, and 8 years in a range of talent and recruitment roles across New Zealand and Australia with Lion.

Leigh has won national awards for her employer brand and candidate experience work and is committed to providing everyone she deals with a transparent and engaging experience. She has a love of doing things differently, which is one of the things that attracted her to FrankTKH.

 

She holds qualifications in communications and human resources from the University of Otago and is an accredited Human Synergistics coach.

 

In her spare time, she loves getting outdoors with her family,
is an avid reader and card player, “enjoys” running and pilates, and isn’t one to turn down a great meal and glass of wine.​
